YOUR INNER WORLD

A School Holiday Workshop for Confidence, Self-Acceptance & Calm

A creative and supportive 5-hour workshop designed to help young teens better understand themselves, their emotions, and the different “parts” of their inner world.

Using gentle, age-appropriate ideas inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS), this workshop helps participants explore worry, confidence, friendship stress, self-esteem, big feelings and the inner critic — without judging or trying to push these experiences away.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore how different parts of us may show up when we feel anxious, overwhelmed, left out, unsure of ourselves or worried about what others think. Participants will be encouraged to approach these experiences with greater curiosity, compassion and self-acceptance.
