Fees & Referrals​

You do not need a referral from a GP or other health professional to access counselling and psychotherapy services. You are welcome to self-refer and contact me directly to arrange an appointment.

Counselling & Psychotherapy​

Standard 60-minute session — $111

My fee structure has been intentionally set with accessibility and the ongoing cost of therapy in mind.

While counselling and psychotherapy sessions do not currently attract a Medicare rebate, I have taken the value of Medicare rebates available for some other mental health services into consideration when setting my fees.

Rather than adding this amount to my standard session fee, I have chosen to keep my counselling fee lower to help reduce the out-of-pocket cost of accessing regular therapeutic support.

The fee displayed is the amount you pay. No GP referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan is required, although many GP's do refer to me & Mental Health Plans are most welcome.

Private Health Insurance​

Some private health funds may offer rebates for counselling services, depending on your individual policy and practitioner eligibility.

Please check directly with your private health insurer prior to your appointment if you would like to confirm your level of cover.

A receipt can be provided for eligible private health insurance claims.
