My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), with an emphasis on understanding the parts of you that have learned to protect, cope and survive. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, our work gently explores what sits beneath them — supporting greater self-understanding, nervous system regulation and connection with your authentic Self.
I work particularly with women, adolescents, anxiety, trauma and attachment, life transitions, PMDD and perimenopause, as well as those wanting to understand recurring emotional or relationship patterns.
